COLLIS TEMPLE III

President And Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Temple joined E.P. Breaux Utility Services in March 2021 as President & Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Temple establishes and oversees overarching project goals and long-term business strategy, plans, and policies alongside the E.P. Breaux Utility Services management team, board of directors, and investors. He works closely with the leadership team to develop and carry out major business plans, coordinates operations of all divisions to meet companywide goals, and ensures that operations are executed in accordance with company policies. Mr. Temple received his Bachelor of Science in General Business and Master of Science in Sports Management from Louisiana State University.

RICHIE BYROM

Chief Operating Officer

With more than 30 years of experience at E.P. Breaux Utility Services, Mr. Byrom leads the operations team for the company. Having worked in each role within the company, he has a deep institutional knowledge of the business and understands the importance of quality work rooted in safety and dependability—for both the employee and the customer. Mr. Byrom oversees operations and ensures the work is done at a superior level across all jobsites, as planned and scheduled in coordination with other leadership and field team leaders.

SHANE BENNETT

Vice President Of Estimating

Mr. Bennett has over 25 years of company experience. As the leader of the estimating team, he collects and analyzes historical cost data to estimate costs and to prepare proposal packages for current and future projects. Mr. Bennett also manages the development and execution of pricing strategies, risk assessment activities, and cost analyses in accordance with the company’s standards. He oversees a team that serves as point of contact for clients, vendors, company foreman, supervisors, chief operating officer, warehouse and equipment manager, accounting team members, and project managers for issues related to estimates. Mr. Bennett earned his associate degree in computer-aided drafting (CAD) from South Louisiana Community College.
